the room was beyond cramped and had an odious smell, not to mention the obnoxious noise at 2am, which truly set the mood for a romantic getaway (not). I expected to be treated like Royalty, but alas, no welcome gift or upgrade. This place just doesn’t cut it, which is sooo sad.

Cleaning facilities were well maintained and tidy.
I encountered serious issues with my initial room allocation. I was mistakenly given access to another guest’s room, which understandably raised my anxiety. Following this, the second room wasn't cleaned at all, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. The staff were unhelpful during this situation, further exacerbating my frustration.
